Empowering Global Engineers

Your Pathway to Excellence in Indo-German Engineering Education

About PSG GST

The PSG German School of Technology, a collaboration between PSG Institute of Advanced Studies and the Indo-German Center of Higher Education (IGCHE), offers 3+1 bilingual study abroad programs leading to a German Bachelor's degree. These programs cover five disciplines: Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Mechatronics.

Students receive extensive German language training from the start and benefit from teaching by German guest lecturers. After completing the first three years at PSG, students spend their final year in Germany, gaining first-hand cultural and practical experience, including internships and a bachelor thesis at German companies. This prepares them for careers in both countries, enhancing Indo-German collaboration and employability at top companies with cross-border interests. Proficiency in German (Level C1) is required before moving to Germany, enabling a seamless transition and fostering valuable cross-cultural skills.

ICGHE

IGCHE focuses on practical, intercultural, interdisciplinary education, combining strong scientific foundations with global economic insights. Its goals include:

- Establishing high-quality, bilingual bachelor programs

- Integrating comprehensive German language training

IGCHE provides hands-on training in advanced labs to develop interdisciplinary expertise and international qualifications. Committed to a non-profit model, IGCHE seeks autonomy, prioritizing educational quality over profit. Native German teachers collaborate with Indian colleagues, enhancing learning. Guest lecturers offer German-style teaching and technical lessons. Summer School trips introduce students to German culture. In the final year, students study alongside German peers, earning a German bachelor's degree, often continuing to master's programs or engineering careers in Germany.
